RoadRunner and Comcast (ISP) Users

As an anti-spam measure, RoadRunner and Comcast (among  possible others) are blocking  emails originating from networks they have identified a spammer is using. Unfortunately, they have chosen a shotgun approach and are banning all emails originating from these networks, blocking a great many innocent businesses and private users. RoadRunner and Comcast users (customers) are thus barred from receiving emails from legitimate senders by this "sledgehammer-to-crack-a-walnut" solution
