Slipcase is thin card and somewhat crumpled and creased. Retired lifeguard Tommy Tranter died in 2000 and executors of the estate were staggered to discover a secret mountain of antiques stashed away in his modest Birmingham house. The auction raised more than £275,000, 10 times the value of Tommy"s house.
